Me and my family become the cast of an apocalyptic world in which gravity is about to disappear. At its centre is my mother: a mathematician, single parent, and believer. She is the person who shaped my understanding of love and sacrifice. As her digitally fragmented image moves through this weightless world, the film traces her descent into a fragile devotion that blurs the boundary between care and cruelty, belief and madness.

For seven years, I worked on this auto-fictional hybrid film moving between animation and live action, documentary and fiction. Built from found, staged, and personal photographs, the film turns still images into fragmented, shifting bodies.

The film is currently in the final stages of post-production.
